In containers or bins
Our bin-picking solutions effortlessly transform disorder into a controlled and efficient product flow.
Using advanced camera systems and product recognition technology, we identify products that are scattered haphazardly in bins and select them one by one. The robot consistently picks up the most suitable product and positions it correctly for further processing in the machine. This enables us to process unordered feed completely automatically, ensuring a stable throughput, less manual intervention, and higher efficiency throughout the entire production process.
On a roll or on a dispenser
Our winders and unwinders ensure a continuous and efficient supply of material without interruptions in your production process.
By automatically unwinding rolls and, if necessary, combining them in a dual configuration, the machine can continue production while an operator adds new rolls. The material can be processed in its entirety or cut to precise dimensions, depending on the application. Any leftover material is neatly collected via an integrated rewinder, ensuring that the process remains organized and controlled.

Through vibrating troughs
Our vibrating feeder systems ensure a reliable and oriented feed of loose components, directly from bulk packaging.
Products delivered in boxes can be easily dumped into the vibrating hopper, after which the system automatically sorts them and feeds them to the machine in the correct orientation. Unwanted or non-conforming parts are automatically detected and sorted out. This ensures a consistent and error-free feed, reduces the need for manual intervention, and allows operators to focus on tasks with higher added value.
In blister packs
Our blister feed system combines manual operations with a structured and efficient feed to the machine.
For example, when parts require a visual inspection or treatment, the operator can process them one by one and position them correctly in blister packs right away. As a result, the machine receives perfectly oriented and sorted products, without the need for additional automation to sort them. This results in a cost-effective solution in which manual and automated processes integrate seamlessly.

Flex Feeders
Our flexfeeder solutions offer maximum flexibility for efficiently moving a wide variety of products from disarray to order.
In combination with advanced vision technology and pick-and-place systems, components are recognized, selected, and correctly positioned one by one for further processing. Unlike traditional systems, this solution is not tied to a single specific product, making it easy to switch between different components. This makes flexfeeders particularly well-suited for dynamic production environments where variety and quick changeovers are key.
